The Ingredients

• The Flavor: Vanilla powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice.
• The Toppings: 2 cups fine coconut, raisins, and dried fruits.

Preparation Steps

1. The Syrup: Boil sugar, honey, vanilla, and water. Add lemon and stir until it reaches a "white caramel" consistency.
2. The Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in warm water, then stir it into the hot honey mixture and remove from heat.
