  • Travel from Luxor to Cairo by sleeper train – distance approximately 665 km (around 10 hours by train).
  • Travel from Cairo back to Hurghada by car – distance approximately 470 km.
  • The tour guide determines the order of visiting the places included in the program based on traffic conditions.
  • On the way from Hurghada to Luxor and from Cairo to Hurghada, there is a 30–40 minute rest stop (refreshments and restroom access at the rest stop cafeteria, paid).
  • Return to your hotel in Hurghada on the second day around 22:30.

Cancellation Policy
  • At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.
  • For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Sleeper train tickets are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after booking.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
