• Hotel pick-up starts at: 08:00 am

• At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.  
• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time cannot be accepted.
• All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
• This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
